Hi,
I am Most Nirufer Yesmin. I completed my studies in the Faculty of Business Studies at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU), Dinajpur, Bangladesh. Throughout my education, I have been introduced to the most emergent and complex business research and innovation issues through courses like International Business, Business Research Methods, Project Management, Operations Management, Strategic Management, and so on.
Adaptability, creative thinking, and the application of technology are now intrinsic to managing businesses. I was very interested in doing research work as well as academic studies. Therefore, I started learning research from the beginning of my graduation semester, and I have been working as a research fellow for more than a couple of years. Currently, I am working as a researcher and data analyst with "6+ years of experience and 7+ publications in different international journals." Most importantly, I have acquired good analytical and mathematical skills in research analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM) tools in modern business, entrepreneurship development, social commerce, and other business areas. I specialize in SPSS and AMOS with advanced statistical analysis, SEM, hypothesis testing, survey data processing, and research consulting for academic and business projects. Moreover, I have been involved in different co-curricular activities like seminars, workshops, research conferences, and participation in various formal and informal groups.
Likewise, all these experiences provided me with new scientific knowledge, especially in numerical simulations, and reshaped my mind to have a research-oriented aptitude.
